Why operators switch to depot pricing
A reseller's price has a reseller's margin in it. Ordering at the terminal takes that margin out, and our trucking fee is a single number you can check yourself.
The depot's price, not a reseller's
Every hand your fuel passes through adds a margin. Ordering direct from Seaoil or PA Fuel 118 removes the ones between you and the terminal — and you deal with the depot yourself, on your own account or under ours.
One transparent number for trucking
Kilometres × litres × ₱0.011. No packages, no fuel surcharge, no surprises on the invoice. Short trip? A ₱1 per litre minimum applies, and the calculator tells you when.

Get the day's price
On order day you receive the depot's price for that day. You buy at that morning's rate, not a quote from last week.

Confirm your deposit or payment. That reserves the fuel and the truck for you.

Get your schedule
We confirm the delivery date and time window, so you know when to expect the tanker.

Receive and confirm
Check the compartments on arrival and confirm you received the delivery. That's the whole job.

Questions operators ask first
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Region 12 — SOCCSKSARGEN: South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani and General Santos City. Pin your station on the calculator and it prices the trip.
What exactly does the trucking fee cover?
Hauling your fuel from the depot to your station. The fuel itself is bought from the depot at that day's price and paid to the depot. Our fee is kilometres × litres × ₱0.011, with a ₱1 per litre minimum for short trips.
Why doesn't the distance include the truck coming home?
Because we don't charge you for it. You pay for the run from JCB Gas Station to the depot and from the depot to your pin. The empty leg back is ours.
What is the smallest order?
One 2,000 L compartment. With the ₱1 per litre minimum, that is never less than ₱2,000 in trucking.
Can I mix products in one trip?
Yes. The tanker has three 2,000 L compartments and two 4,000 L compartments — 14,000 L in total. Premium, Regular and Diesel can share a run.
Do I need my own account at the depot?
Not to start. You can order under JCB's account while your own is being approved, then move to yours.
How is the distance measured?
On the road, from JCB Gas Station to the depot you choose and on to the pin you drop. If the routing service is unavailable the page estimates from a straight line and says so. Final kilometres are confirmed when you book.
How do I pay?
Fuel is settled with the depot on their terms. The trucking fee is settled with JCB — a deposit locks the order, and Johnny confirms the payment method when he calls.
